Best 1200w PSU there ever was. Won't even R2D2 scream
Let me tell you about this mother loving enermax revolution d.f.x 1200w. This thing replaced a failed gf3 thermal take 1200w That did some damage. Over 2 years ago This enermax powered even more then that thermal take. This bad boy has ran at 1,190w longer then any 1200w PSU ever could. Best value for money, best build style, functionality is great. I bought a dark power pro 13 1600w titanium to power this monster truck threadripper 7970x with 2 massive GPU and some other fancy shirt and it failed this forking enermax is powering all that. Was tinkering around with O.C. had that threadripper sucking down 454w off this enermax on top of two GPU drawing 533w, plus a trx50 mobo, 420mm aio and half the case fans (dark power pro smoked case fan/argb hubs) plus the 128gb gddr5 r-dimm and storage and then I got sweaty so turned some of that over clock off because I know in spirit this enermax was making the R2D2 scream while remaining audibly quiet yet hot and bothered (take notes from enermax Be Quiet!) if you need a 1200w PSU I would recommend this to anyone everyday, and I was initially skeptical when I bought it. Thank you enermax for the years of use I've gotten from this product.

Decent power supply
I got this for a build I was working on recently. I wanted something that was modular because having too many cables in a cramped case would be no good. I also wanted something that was at least 80 Plus Gold certified. This certification at least tells me the components used are of good quality and it should be reliable. I don't think the possible energy savings will amount to much, but at least I can rest easy knowing that I should not have to worry about parts failing on it any time soon. It came with the proper amounts of cable, and they are long enough for routing around the case. One thing to be aware of is that I did not have an additional 4 pin plug for my Ryzen 7000 series processor. It is not needed in my case because I do not plan on overclocking but just a thought to keep in mind. The DF mention on this is supposedly a "Dust Free" feature. Apparently it will spin the fan in the opposite direction at startup to push dust out before spinning in the correct way to pull in cool air. Don't quite know if this is a gimmick or what. Time will tell when I go to clean the PC. It doesn't bother me either way. It fits my needs and works.

There's a Worlwide Recall for the Product and They Won't Shoulder the Shipping Costs
I got the Enermax DF2 due to the first DF having outstanding reviews. However, my DF2 started making extremely loud noises just a few months after I bought it. I contacted Enermax and they wanted me to pay for return shipping. After a few back and forth messages between the company they stopped replying. I decided to live with the noise since I've gotten used to it and I thought that maybe it was a normal part of your PSU's anti-dust technology design and maybe I was just mistaken. However, after a year, the PSU started making an even louder noise. I immediately stopped using the PC. Since the sound didn't go away after a few tries of turning it on and off, I decided to go online and see if other people were experiencing the same problem and lo and behold, there was a product recall for the device. I sent them a message to try to return the unit but they still insisted I pay for the return shipping that costs half the price. What company would issue a product recall and not shoulder the shipping? Stay away from Enermax and get a brand that could easiy be returned via fulfillment with Amazon.

Been using Enermax since 1995 and haven't had a PSU fail yet. What else is there to say, but these are the G.O.A.T's of the PSU Market :) I'm sure a bad one will come off the line at some point, but I've installed over 5000+ PSUs (As a tech & for Personal) and not one has been bad. Just saying ;)
