WET THEN HEAT IN DRYER TO EXPAND!
Great quality **AFTER FULLY EXPANDING** REMOVE FROM PACKAGE, GET IT SLIGHTLY WET AND PLACE IN DRYER AT LOW HEAT FOR 10 -20 MIN BOOM FULLY EXPANDED! Sorry for the caps! I hope people see this before opening their package and thinking they were scammed or something. The quality is very good. I used it for a homemade canister filter and I'm very pleased. Well worth the money.
