Off course seller cannot provide magnetic or other sensor for free of cost with alarm costing below Rs. 200/- because better sensor price starts at Rs. 250/-

Before writing this review I wanted to give an opportunity fo the seller to give his views. But Amazon doesn't have his contact details! Imagine!Coming to the product, costing about Rs. 250, the sensor, a very cheap plastic item, stopped sensing water level after a month. I called my electrician who tried to find the fault ultimately said the sensor is faulty.Since there is no warranty, I searched Amazon for a spare sensor and I found one costing Rs.100 but the catch is a minimum order of four pieces!Now I have to discard, throw away the equipment and look for a new one.It looks like this is a deliberate scheme to cheat customers and my advise would be to stay away from this seller and his products.I called the electrician to find out the fault and he came up saying that the cable going up to the tank, about 100 feet long could be the problem. I spent about Rs.1500 laying new wire and it worked. But it does not work if you try to fill the tank again the same day, say within a few hours. It works again the next day but does not work for next few hours. It is absolutely undependable. Now I am convinced that the problem is with the alarm, not the wiring or the sensor. Pure waste of money if anyone buys the product. Given that Amazon has washed their hands off this product and seller, I recommend no one buys this product.Also I would like to know from those who have given a rating of 4 and 5 to give us their experience after 3 or 4 months of using itI have give a rating of 1 because there is nothing lower than that .
