Dr. Brown's Gia Nursing Pillow Cover, Mia (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

We have both a Boppy and a Gia. I was really glad I found this slipcover since I had resigned myself to having to wash the pillow itself after spitups, etc. The picture doesn't really do it justice - it's a really pretty color and pattern and has more detail than a typical Boppy cover (not that it matters too much to me since I know it's just going to get drool/spit up on it!).I've got to admit though, this thing was a bear to get on! It could just be the way the Gia is designed, but this took so much longer than it should've. Now that it's on, I don't think there's any way it's ever going to come off. Not a big deal for us, but it could be for someone, so I figured it was worth mentioning.Overall, we really like this cover. Just be prepared for a few laughs when you're trying to get it on the pillow! :)

The nursing pillow cover is durable and held up to washing well. It was a little stiff in comparison to other nursing pillow covers (I also have the boppy and brest friend, and both of those are a softer material). Because of this stiffness, it is a little bit harder to get the cover on and off, which is why I didn't give it five stars. Although it is a little stiff, it is still soft enough for the baby and a great addition to the Gia nursing pillow (without it the pillow is bare and wouldn't hold up as well for feedings).

I love this cover! It is made very well, the embroidery is beautifully done, and it held up well after its first wash. I am very pleased with this purchase. I even ordered one for my friend who is due a week before me!Update: The cover is great, has held up well after a month's use. One small tip: put the small end of the pillow into it first, otherwise you will struggle to get it all the way into the end of the cover as the pillow is very plush.

I like the material; it's a soft cotton blend. I like the color. I like that there aren't any zippers. That said, the cord seam around the edges is coming off and the quilted threads get snagged on everything and are being pulled out. Rings, baby's fingernails, my fingernails, zipper pull on an outfit....you name it, it will pull these threads. I think Gia could have done a better job with this. It does, protect the actual pillow quilting from the same fate, though. So, that's good.

Not only am I a huge fan of my Gia pillow, but this cover is quality! It is thick and soft and has protected my pillow from getting any wetness on it, even when I was sure I would have to try to get a milk stain or spit-up out of my pillow. It washes really well, and I am using it on my 2nd baby, and even after countless washes from my 1st baby, this cover still looks good as new. I just love it.

This cover looks very nice and is soft but getting on and off for washing is a bit tough. Also, the pillow is squeezed in there so it changes the shape and becomes a bit harder. Works nonetheless.

I like this cover..just wish that it had buttons to close up the opened part. Was kind of a challenge to get in the first time..but I've got it down. Washes good and is a good fabric.

The pillow over does the job and cleans up nicely. I haven't found any stains that won't come out. The stitching though is coming out in some places. This is not a huge deal, but it does ruin the look.

Buen material y muy Bonita pero poco práctica. Tengo otra funda para el cojin de lactancia que incorpora unas cremalleras para facilitar su uso, esta no lleva cremalleras. El cojin lo tienes que meter a presión por decirlo se alguna manera. Contenta pero me falla el que no tenga cremalleras y más con el precio que tiene.

Perfecta para el cojín de lactancia que es igual a la imagen. Me ha venido genial

Tenemos una niña de 21 días y es súper feliz x con su funda, buenas quiere dormir en otro sitio.
