I'm very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of this product. Heavy gauge powder coated steel and good tires, not the cheap hard plastic tires. Easy to assemble and everything fit together perfectly.

Works like expected. Does not leak for me. The knocked off one star bc the instructions were not the clearest to understand at some points. I did have to rebuild it slightly due to bolt size and was hard to tell when to use the smaller bolts.

Product seemed like a good deal. When I received the package, it appeared as though the box had been damaged and taped up, but it had the original tape on the opening flaps, so I assumed it was okay.When I unboxed it, I could see the frame was completely bent and unusable, so I am guessing that the damage was done due a drop at the warehouse prior to shipping. To make matters worse, this item is not a Prime product so the return was not free and the cost of shipping was about $68, which is about $10 less than I paid for it.UPDATE: I sent the item back to the seller and it was delivered to them, it has been more than 15 days since they have received it but I have not received a refund.

Very well built. We use long lengths of hoses at different locations in my community and this makes it so much easier than dragging a long hose from tap to tap

I replaced a different version of this cart that had a different water connection that froze and blew open. This new cart was the cheapest out of a bunch of identical on Amazon and appeared to be almost identical to my old one but the water connection was a new swivel 90 degree elbow with a threaded end that threads into a tee.The instructions are Ikea-style: no words, just pictures. The picture of the tee doesn't show that it is blocked on one end making it an elbow. Naturally I didn't check this when assembling and put it in backwards so once it was all hooked up the blocked end was toward the water supply preventing water from getting to the hose. SO CHECK THE TEE and put the blocked end toward the reel. Then all will be well.My old hose reel cart like this had a shelf all across the top in addition to the one hanging from the push handle. I kept my boat cleaning stuff in it and some garden stuff and the cart was nice and steady. Now that the goods are in the handle basket this new cart is side-heavy to the point where I have to put my foot on the lower cross piece while reeling up the first hundred feet of hose. Also, my old cart had a wheel brake on the wheels on the handle end; this one wants to move around quite a bit. I will probably tighten the nuts on the wheels to prevent it from rolling.
