This camera does a stellar job, bright clear screen,retaining all the features the original camera preformed. No calibration was required the accuracy is dead spot on.

Works great on my 2016 Lincoln MKZ. Not for faint of heart on the dismantling of the trunk to get to this item to install, but that is not the camera's fault, that is Lincoln and Ford engineering. Once you get to that point, the camera plugs right in and locks right into the base which supports the camera. No inversion, no programing, simply plug and play. Great for the do it yourselfer who wants to save about 510 dollars on the Ford Motor shop install price.

Works perfectly fine. However quality is not as OEM and there is a deviation from the center. Installation is difficult for MKZ but overall good value for money

My old backup camera went bad on my 2015 Ford Fusion SE and I got the 'Please contact your dealership' message when reversing. Dealership wanted $600 to replace it, so I went the DIY route instead. New camera fits well and works perfectly with the system and has a very good picture. Won't lie about installation though, even though the camera itself snaps in quite easily, it's wasn't easy to get to (never is with newer cars). There is a YT video by the "Bob's Garage Tech" channel that guided me though the process and I highly recommend reviewing the video before purchasing to see if you want to try this yourself. This is not a simple/easy install on a 2014 Lincoln MKZH—my wife’s car. On the underside of the trunk lid, you must remove everything! Then the center rear LED light must be removed. Just several 10mm nuts to remove and then light is removable. Then two panels must be removed. You’ll need a plastic body panel tool to remove with paint damage. More 10mm nuts and some push pins that are out of reach, so I broke them and replaced with a different type. Then comes the body panel assembly that contains the backup camera. After you remove that painted body panel, there’s a black panel covering the camera. After I removed the camera, I tested the new one. Then installed it and tested again. After installing that body panel, I tested the camera again. I kept testing the camera due to how easy it was to remove!! When done, with the camera on, it’s brighter and has a wider lense in it which I like!

Camera fit well as a replacement to the original in my 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Not a super clear image but good. In fairness I'm not sure if the quality is the same as the OEM because the camera has been out for over a year. If you are attempting to replace this yourself, be warned that it is not an easy job to get to the old camera. You will for sure need plastic trim/pry tools, and I recommend buying replacement clips as one or more are likely to break. For Lincoln mkz you will need "Rexka 25pcs Rocker Molding Clip for Ford W716503-S300" currently $9.99. TIP: I plugged the camera harness in before reassembling (as I wanted to make sure it worked BEFORE putting everything back together) to check the image and the red/green/yellow guide position lines were gone. I thought it was a camera issue at first and almost removed it and bought another one. But, as it turns out, the guidelines will not appear until the trunk is in the closed position. I guess I've never tried reversing with the trunk open so who would've known? Any way, this camera seems to be a great value. Dealership told me the OEM camera is $770! Hoping this one lasts for a long time because I do not want to go through that replacement process again.

Vehicle’s backup camera had been working intermittently for years, so decided to replace it myself. This replacement camera works just fine, but the labor is arduous but doable. I think Lincoln must have planned for the whole panel containing the camera to be replaced. If you’re handy just take your time, if not you probably shouldn’t attempt.

2015 Lincoln MKZ- rear back up camera quit. Bought this and replaced it! Other reviews said quality is great, but I think it’s worse than the original one. Seems to wash out very easily in sunlight. Haven’t tested at night but will report back.

I disassembled the trunk lid on my 2016 Lincoln MKZ to replace the defective camera. Watching a good Y Tube video helps and careful work in the white plastic clips ensured I only broke off one of them. Getting to the camera is not fun but the picture quality is about the same as original and hopefully this camera will work for a long time.
