AC Infinity Flexible 6-Inch Aluminum Ducting, 25-Feet Long

The AC Infinity Flexible 8-Inch Aluminum Ducting (8 feet long) is a fantastic choice for anyone setting up or upgrading a ventilation system. I use mine with an AC Infinity inline fan, and the results have been excellent—it moves air efficiently while staying strong and secure. The four-layer protection (dual aluminum foil, PET, and steel wire spiral) makes this ducting not only flexible but also very durable. It doesn’t tear or kink easily like cheaper ducting, and the extra thickness helps keep it from collapsing under pressure. The flexibility makes it easy to route through tight corners, and installation was straightforward with the included clamps. ✅ Pros: Heavy-duty four-layer construction for long-lasting use Flexible design makes installation easy, even in tight spaces Works perfectly with inline fans, grow tents, hydroponics, and HVAC setups 8-foot length is versatile for most setups Comes with sturdy clamps for secure attachment ❌ Cons: A little stiffer than thinner ducting, but that’s the tradeoff for durability At 8 feet, you may need extensions for larger setups 💡 Tips: Use with an AC Infinity inline fan for maximum airflow efficiency. When cutting to size, make sure to trim cleanly and secure ends tightly with clamps to avoid air leaks. If using in a miner room or greenhouse, pair it with a soffit vent to direct air outside effectively. Avoid bending too sharply—keep smooth curves for better airflow. Bottom Line: This ducting is built to last and does its job extremely well. Whether you’re cooling a miner setup, venting a grow tent, or upgrading your HVAC system, the durability and flexibility make it worth the investment.

The four layer build is the real difference here compared to thinner single layer ducting. The inner aluminum foil layer is fire resistant, and the outer thermoplastic layer adds real resistance to tearing and punctures while routing it through tight spaces. The internal steel wire spiral keeps the tube round and open even after bending it around obstacles, rather than collapsing or kinking the way cheap ducting tends to. It stretched to full length without issue and the diameter fit snugly over a standard inline fan connection, no fighting to get it seated. The two included clamps are good quality and cinch down tight for a proper seal. Works well whether the application is a grow tent, dryer vent, or general exhaust routing.

Fits perfect and quality matched my expectations. Material definitely feels sturdy and bends perfectly around the window border.

quality of materal is good but watch the length. I got one a few months ago to exaust a fan outsid and during a rain storm a cat tried to get in through it and it fell from the ceiling it was mounted on and the cat freaked out and riped it up. So I got a new one ( ducting not cat ) and want to install it and its 1.5ft shorter. Kinda odd being I just went to my history and hit Buy Again. I had to remount the fan closer to the exit spot. other then cat proof and length issues its a good product.

I've used steel ducts and insulated flex duct and then recently tried this. It comes at a better cost than the insulated duct and can even complete easily with solid steel ducts. This is a high quality, easy to work with and kink free duct. I used to route heat from my oil furnace to a new basement room and installation was easy and seems like it will stand the rest of time. Will buy again when I do room number 2

Unmatched Build Quality The standout feature of this ducting is its Heavy-Duty Four-Layer Protection. Unlike standard single-layer foil ducts that rip or crush the moment you try to maneuver them, this AC Infinity ducting feels remarkably robust and premium. Tear-Resistant: The thick, reinforced outer layer provides incredible durability, giving you confidence as you snake it through tight spaces or attics. Sleek Aesthetic: The matte black exterior not only looks much more professional than standard shiny foil, but it also helps block light—an essential feature if you are using this for an indoor grow tent exhaust system. Structural Integrity: The internal wire helix keeps its cylindrical shape beautifully, preventing sharp kinks or sags that could restrict your system's airflow. Effortless Installation Routing ventilation systems can often be a frustrating, tedious chore, but this product's design makes the process incredibly straightforward. Perfect Sizing: The 6-inch diameter is true to size, sliding snugly and securely over standard inline fans, carbon filters, and exhaust ports without a struggle. Generous Length: At 8 feet long, it offers plenty of flexibility and reach to route around obstacles without forcing you to buy and tape together multiple smaller pieces. Hardware Included: It is incredibly convenient that the package includes two high-quality stainless steel hose clamps. They tighten smoothly and provide a secure, airtight grip right out of the box. Versatile Performance Whether you are using it for heating, cooling, general ventilation, or dryer exhaust, this ducting performs flawlessly. It handles high-velocity airflow efficiently without the excessive rattling or whistling noises common with cheaper alternatives. Final Verdict: AC Infinity consistently delivers top-tier ventilation gear, and this ducting lives up to that high standard. With an impressive 4.6-star rating from over 19,000 reviews, it is clear that this is a tried-and-true staple for builders and homeowners alike. It is absolutely worth the investment for the peace of mind, durability, and ease of installation it provides. Highly recommended!

This is probably the best non-insulated flex duct available with a foil liner. It does provide some modest insulation but not to a real R value. It is however much less bulky and easier to work with than true insulation rated duct. I used it to connect an Aprilair E130 dehumidifier to my return side HVAC ducting and it was perfect for my needs. I do wish it came in white or gray though. I think that option would be a real selling point for this type of product, rather than black. Also, while this is still the thickest non-insulated flex duct duct I’ve found, they count the metal spring that keeps the duct shape as one of the four layers, which is not a very honest way to market this otherwise best of class product.

I bought this as a replacement for the ducting for my portable a.c. It fit and works perfectly. It almost works like insulated ducting lettig off very little heat. I recommend it.
