can you dunk on this hoop?

would this hoop be ok for hanging on or would it break?

I'm 11stone 2 and can hang on it without the rim even moving too drastically. The springs under the rim mean that the rim flexes but nothing else does.

How do you make sure the max height of the rim is exactly 10 ft

When we fitted it to the wall we had the rim set at the middle height setting and made a mark on the wall at 10ft then fitted the backboard assembly onto the wall so the rim was approx 10ft. Once fitted it is very easy to then adjust the hoop up or down a little to make it exactly 10ft. Be aware the instructions said to fit if full assembled to the wall but it is so heavy we found that inpossible so assembled it in situ.
