Vacume hose
Vacuum is great but after second use the nozzle on the hose came apart had to bend it back together.

where to buy parts?
The hose did not last even one season. Bought it last Sept (2024), the hose broke at both ends (separated from plastic fitting that insterts into the vacuum) Currently it is taped up with duct tape, but that won't last long, and looks horrible.

Quality construction
Well built and very functional for maintaining the Firebox area. The only issue is the motor has a very sensitive thermal switch which causes the motor to shut down until it cools. This adds to the time it takes for furnace maitenance.

suction was weak, stopped working after 5 minutes, unit was extremely hot…ash discharged out of vacume exhaust made a big mess
