Best hand blender ever!!!
This handblenders quality is amazing have used them professionally for over 5yrs and they almost never failed. I have purred fully cooked steaks with very little liquid, used them to process nuts and hard spices and still works, super easy to used and clean, Design is easy to used with just two buttons and blades are wide enough to chop through almost anything

Next Level
Bought for my daughter-in-law because she was tired of supposed top tier blenders having only plastic parts that wear out, crack and can't be replaced. This one is built for the ages and she is THRILLED. There are some professional/commercial immersion blenders that are just too big for home use but this one, although larger than what you find in most stores, is still a useable size. High quality, made in the USA - win/win.

Meh
Had the older commercial stick blender and worked great for 5 years. This newer version doesnโt state commercial in its title which is I think itโs 70 bucks cheaper than the old version. It blends but doesnโt feel as powerful. My biggest complaint would be the button design. Thereโs a plastic ring around the buttons that makes it difficult to operate with one hand. So you need one hand to hold the blender and the other to press the button. Annoying. Thinking of shaving the plastic down to make it more ergonomic. Picture attached to show what Iโm saying.

Powerful and lightweight stirring and mixing
Specifically got this to mix and stir almond butter and peanut butter where the oil settles on the top inch of jar and almond butter below is like a rock and hard to stir with a spoon specially if you have carpel tunnel and painful wrist , happy to say the head fits beautifully in the larger jars and the motor has plenty of power to make the peanut butter creamy and smooth and only takes about 2 minutes to mix the entire jar

Disappointed in Performance for Soap Making
I purchased this stick blender for soap making, expecting a high-performance tool given its price and commercial branding. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. While making 7 liters of liquid soap, the blender struggled to emulsify the batter and lacked the power I expected. In fact, my much cheaper stick blender performed far better, and I had to switch back to it to finish the batch. This product did not live up to its claims and was a waste of money for my purposes.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT! DOES NOT EMULSIFY!
Does not mix well at all. My $20 immersion blender does a better job of mixing. I am a professional soap maker and bought this mixer because I make large batches of soap at a time. I had to stir with the blender while it was actually "blending" in order to get my ingredients (oils and melted shea butter) to combine. I finally gave up and went back to my $20 blender to finish the job. Not worth the extra dollars I spent on it.

Terrible product, even worse seller.
Stopped working after three weeks. Seller refused to issue full refund, claiming it can't be resold so I'm not owed the refund. Well, yeah, of course you can't resell it, it's not working, DUH! Terrible seller, terrible product, avoid buying.
