Knipex Diagonal Cutter black atramentized, plastic coated 160 mm 70 01 160

I must own about ten pairs of knipex pliers, I was converted the moment I tried a pair of their cobra grips and was blown away with the performance, These diagonal cutters are of the same high quality as every other tool I own from them. The cutting blades are precise enough that I can cut packing tape with them. The tool is surprisingly heavy in the handles but they dont flex, I particularly like the composite grips which take a battering and are more comfortable for repeated use. negatives? I genuinely cannot find any if you dont mind the price.

I bought it for myself as my old cutter is no longer working as it should. This time Idecided to test world renowned Knipex brand and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of this Diagonal Cutter.It is sharp and cuts accurately. The grip is soft and ergonomic as well as non slippery. I am very impressed with knipex and will recommend it even for DIY people like myself to invest in quality tools that will last a life time.

These have a really solid feel to them with no silly spring to try and open them. They are comfortable in the hand and do a good job.

So many wire cutters are intended just for cutting soft, copper wire. These are good for cutting things like chicken-wire and they do it cleanly and easily. Recommended.

Lovely little cutters, solid and haven’t managed to chip the cutting edge. Mainly use them to chop 1.5mm/2mm stainless wire with first pair is a year old and sharp as the day I got them.
