Great chair, delivery still in process
SAME DAY REVIEW UPDATE: PM: The other box of the chair arrived shortly after I posted my review. The 2nd chairs power cord was squeezed so it was no longer a circle. I used pliers to squeeze back to shape & the chair works fine. Day 1, I definitely give this chair 6 stars out of 5... Great quality & service!!!! AM: I ordered 2 of the chairs. 1.5 chairs were delivered successfully & early. Unfortunately, I was missing 1 box so only half a chair was received. I reached out to the seller & they advised of the timeline so I'm hoping I receive the rest soon. Fingers crossed I'm working with a seller that values quality customer service. I will update this review. As for the chair I received... It was easy to assemble, the directions are mostly pics but it's very easy to figure out. The chair is stiffer than I was hoping for but comfortable. It's a nice size. I'm 158 @ 5'6" & I have room on either side while sitting. Swivels fully & easily. It fully reclines & is easy to operate. I love the 4 storage pockets & the 2 cup holders. The massage was a bonus & even tho I don't care for vibration massage, the low rumble vibration is relaxing. For the price, this is a good chair. I'm just hoping I get the rest of my order. Stay tuned.

Would buy anytime.
Came earlier than expected. So comfortable and looks good. The message is decent definitely not a deep message but does the job. Easy to put together. Comes in 2 boxes which came at the same time which is really nice. Seems to be good quality.

Worth the money, but maybe not your back. Luckily it's heated!
Package arrived early, solid looking chair though the back feels a bit flimsy. I really appreciate that the whole thing was only like 4 pieces, the two connectors for the power and remote but... Man. If it was any more difficult, I wonder if I'd be sitting in it right now. Too put the sides on, there's 4 rails that have to join up and they were off by almost 1/4 inch so I was struggling with them for a solid 20 minutes thinking I'm an idiot, only to realize. I entirely forced them in and after some wiggling and a lot of cursing, I managed to get both sides on without throwing out my back. A win. The rest was a cakewalk. Vibration is fine, the heat is hot, and it rocks and swivels. Pretty much everything I wanted. I'd say it's with the price, for sure, but you might wanna come armed with a pry bar to move those rails. 😂 Now if you don't mind, I'ma go try out those heat and massage functions on my back. Good luck everybody else!

Sadly Disappointed
I’ve been looking for a super comfy recliner for months. I finally decided I’d try this one. It was easy to assemble and seemed very appealing nice color plush comfortable the first day but I noticed immediately the massage only shakes vibrates and does the same loud vibrating on all selections. Basically it doesn’t work. The heat seems fine. After 3 days the back became dented and you can see the wires mechanics for the massagers through the material. The foot rest is almost impossible to close and I’m strong. The recline position does not stay back and you have to use your legs to hold it in the reclining position. It’s too big and complicated to fit back in boxes to return. Sadly disappointed.

Comfortable Recliner
The Korser recliner has been an excellent addition to our space. It’s well‑made, sturdy, and surprisingly comfortable from the very first sit. The cushioning has a nice balance—soft enough to relax in, but supportive enough that you don’t sink or struggle to get up.

Handle the with care
Arrived in two boxes on two separate days. Ok. Not a big deal and kind of expectable. It was easy enough to put together and worked perfectly. But within a week, the supports on the right side of the back completely broke. I knew getting it returned would be a hassle for something this big, so I decided to take it apart and see if I could fix it. The bottom flap of the back lifts up to reveal a black liner. I cut that so I could see inside the frame easily. I then found the VERY thin wood that was the frame was completely broken. Probably from me or someone else leaning to the right to reach for something on the table or that had dropped on the floor. I reset the wood, reinforced it with sturdier wood put the fabric back in place. Will it hold? Who knows. Probably not. List of the Franz is cheap thin wood that splinters easily. The metal is also not as thick as most recliners. That said, it’s not an expensive recliner in the first place and you get what you pay for. So, handle with care and know how to repair things and it may be perfect for you.

I've read the reviews and I was a bit skeptical. My husband is 6'3 and about 210 lbs so I was nervous he wouldn't fit, or it wasn't a quality chair. The chair is a tremendous product. It came all in 1 box (faster than the anticipated date), it came in 2 pieces. Extremely easy to snap together. The product itself: - Leather is nice, good material - It's easy to pull the foot rest out with a pull on the side - It is a bit stiff, but it needs to be broken in, and you just need to use some leg to push it back in. Using the product: it's more of a vibration rather than an actual massager. There is lots of options and settings - the heater works amazing. You can use it with or without the vibration - It reclines really far back, and swings around in a 360 motion - very comfortable -it rocks very nicely - for a 6'3 tall person, his feet go over the foot rest end but his legs fully fit. He fits very comfortably.

Unstable. I fell and my boy had to help me up. Have to sit down so softly otherwise it tips backwards and i mean hold onto something to balance it as you sit carefully. Recliner function doesn't work well. You can't use the recliner without the back going all the way back down there is zero resistance so you either have to have sitting mode w no footrest or recline the footrest for full laying down flat mode. Extremely difficult to put the footrest back down.

Bought for a nursery chair. It's comfy, smooth rocking, great for those long late night feeds. It is hard to close with your feet, it takes a decent amount of force. And at times it feels like it may tip if you lean too far forward or backward so you need to be mindful getting up and leaning back. I haven't overally used the massage/heat features since having babe. But while pregnant, having those was amazing! Overall I'm very happy with this purchase

Parfait et confortable pour le prix ! Par contre un peu difficile de ramener l'appui pieds avec les talons

Do not buy this chair. The foot rest does not stay up and overall the chair is loose and unstable. I see other reviews saying the same. Very challenging to get out of. It's not very safe - it tips too far forward when getting up and tips back too easily. The base is heavy and stays put but overall too unstable. And again, foot rest was not working at all. It was assembled properly. Trying to get it returned has been a nightmare. Seller sent a general return label. Canada Post and UPS will not ship because of weight and Purolator (how it was delivered) will cost $360 to ship to an Amazon distribution center an hour away or over $1000 to ship back to Ontario. Which is twice the cost of the chair. Label seller sent does not cover return shipping. Escalated the issue with Amazon. I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hear back from the seller to see if they will resolve before contacting Amazon again. Based on other reviews stating the same issue with returns I am not confident the seller will resolve this issue. I will update the review when I hear back but I say avoid this product and seller at all costs -or it will cost you an astronomical amount of money to return a DEFECTIVE product.
