Top quality and very well tasting Magnesium supplement. We use it for years. Just wished it would come in lemon flavor again as it used to be.

Best thing I've found in a long time. I take one tab in a 20 oz container of water and add 1 packet of orange Emergen-C. It's tastes good and my calves no longer bother me at night. If you are waking up with what is similiar to charlie horse (pain in calves) I would highly recommend this, I take one every other day.
