we use this kind of cup for my dad they are good especially for someone who struggles with swallowing my only problem is the pricing like any disabled aids they are expensive that is not a criticism against this product but that is what i think Thank You👍

Works as stated.

This cup works great for someone who has a disability like ALS. Easy for them to handle and drink from. It helps keep you from having to bend your neck. I've had it a very short time but it seems durable, easy to clean and use.

Short Life

The top image is the spout of the second cup purchaced. The bottom image is the first one's spout seven months after daily use. The black stuff simply can not be scrubbed out even using an abrasive. One can not separately buy a spout so get a whole new one. The cups work as advertised and I have had no issue with cracking or any other failure but I do not put it in the dishwasher. Obviously I am sufficiently satisfied with the performance to buy a replacement even though I only needed a spout.
