These seem to be gunuine replacement heads as promised and they work well.
These are nice brushes and are just like the one that came with my electric toothbrush. It fit right onto the brush handle with no problems. I've been using one of the brushes for a couple of weeks now and it works well. The bristles are firm, but gentle and they don't shed.

Soft but not their best, and extremely overpriced
First and foremost, make sure yours are real and not switched out with fakes (or worse, used). You have a lot of choices when looking for a replacement sonicare head, none of them reasonably priced mind you. These were ok, definitely soft which is what I was looking for, but I suppose because of that they just didn't last that long or feel as satisfying as the C3. When I say they didn't last, I mean the bristles frayed quickly at which point the C3 in my experience would still be in almost new condition. It's worth mentioning, I've never had any issue with bristles falling out from any sonicare brush heads so I'm not sure how or where other people are using them.

These refills are perfect for my gum issues. I used to work for a dentist and they are much recommended by my hygienist also.

Simply the best!
I can't believe the difference these brush heads have made! I've been using regular Sonicare heads for years, thinking I was doing great, but switching to these Gum Care heads has been absolutely revolutionary. The brush heads are a lot stiffer than the standard Sonicare brush heads. My teeth feel SO much cleaner when I use these, they're absolutely worth the price. The bristles are perfectly soft yet incredibly thorough. I look forward to brushing now because I know I'm getting that just-left-the-dentist feeling. These have completely transformed my oral care routine, and I'm never going back to regular heads. BUY THESE. Your teeth will thank you!
