Easy to use, don't really need instructions, BUT the instructions are written on the bottle VERY small. Basically, shake the bottle first, put into the dogs ear, wipe away excess and massage the base of the ear.WHY do SO many manufacturers put instructions on products that are so small? At least it is black writing on a white background, but please can you not write it bigger and forget having it in so many languages?

I have an 8 year old GSD, I do clean her ears as best I can and have no problem shoving a finger in there to give a good scratch as she loves it, so much so that her back leg goes into a kicking mode. So through this I know her ears are not that dirty, the ear canal is a different matter though. She has been scratching her ears quite a bit, and when she stops now and again just to sniff and lick her claws, then there must be something.I gave her a good dose in each ear, massaged in and let her shake it out, then used some to wipe down the rest of the ear. Left it a few days and then did the same again. After a week I can’t say I have seen her at her ears, it does also leave a nice smell.Very happy with the results.

My dog doesn’t really suffer with ear problems so I got this to use every now and again for general cleaning and as part of my dog first aid kit . Sometimes after a walk my dog will tend to shake its head more than usual , I suspect it is a grass seed or some such thing. So I will use this to help clean out any debris picked upon walks . It is easy to use and smells okay . Recommended.

Good product.Our Dachshunds do get very waxy ears and need cleaning regularly otherwise they start to smell and in the past we have had products from out vets which were twice the price of this and we can see no difference between them so will buy this from now on.The 600ml pack is really good value, the 5 litre is exceptional value but I think you would have to have a lot of dogs for this to be useful.

I'm really impressed with this product. One of my dogs suffers with allergies etc so wanted to try this to see if it helped him stop scratching his ears. The bottle is great and is designed in a way that makes application easy. There is a slight smell but compared to other products I've used it is not a strong or unpleasant smell. After application you massage your dogs ears so once that was done I was so happy to see my dog settle down and not scratch his ears once! Really strong smelling products have bothered him in the past so it was great to use something that didn't bother him. I also love that this is all natural so I know only good stuff is going in his ears. If you have a dog that has ear irritation I would highly recommend this product.

Used this on our two setters, having long fluffy ears it's not unusual that they become dirty quickly. I used this slightly different to how the bottle directs. I applied to a cotton pad then used that to wipe our dogs ears clean. It removes the grim rather easily without having to apply much pressure and no need for vigorous scrubbing.I like that this product has little to no smell, and feels very natural and gentle on our dogs skin. The bottle has good clear instructions, and is easy to apply the product. Great way to remove all the dirt that builds up in our dogs ears.

One application throughly cleaned excess wax from the dogs ears. The formulation is a quite bubbly. Applicator spout is easy to use and reseal. No recurrence of wax within the week. Bottle is a good size and will provide a good number of uses.
