Affective Tincture
I am about to purchase my 3rd bottle of this tincture which for me has been more affective and noticeable than the same brand Lions Mane. I use this in the evening to wind down and during the day during potentially stressful situations.Definitely higher end product in the market and important for me is the tincture is alcohol free. It may be expensive but for me, it works.

Good quality Reishi extract in a easy to use tincture!
The media could not be loaded. Unlike mushroom powder its harder to judge the quality of tinctures. But this extract is produced by a small Scottish farm microbusiness lovemushrooms.co.uk who are very proud of the quality of their production. They use sonic extraction to get every part of the mushroom chemicals extracted. You can see a lot about the product by visiting the QR code on the packaging or the website above. So, after the research I did, I am not worried about the quality of the product. The resishi tincture is a light straw extract in glycerine, different from the much darker colour Reishi extract they produce which I have also tried and reviewed. You take a pipette, 2ml twice daily, with about 25 doses per 50ml bottle.Although mushroom extracts act gradually, the 4 grams of resishi extract daily did seem to produce the effect of calmness this mushroom is renowned for.Pretty good.

A bit disappointing as it's very sweet with a hint of bitterness
I'm not sure what's going on here. Reishi is normally a bitter taste. This one is sickly sweet with the Reishi bitterness in the background. So for I am now worried that its completely ruined my intermittent fasting.Presumably it's from the glycerine but I'd like to know if there's some form of sugar or sweetener with this.So whilst I like mushrooms and Reishi I will stick to powder form in future as I can have a gram or two of that without breaking my fast.I hope you found this helpful. Please let me know if you did. 😊

Seemingly high quality but high cost
I've recently tried this Reishi tincture and found it to be an interesting addition to my daily wellness routine. The packaging is quite attractive, with a darkly tinted glass bottle and a sturdy pipette, which is quite handy for measuring the serving size of 2ml. The QR code on the bottle is a nice touch, leading to more information about the product and the company. The taste of the tincture is subtly earthy, not unpleasant, and goes well when added to a cup of coffee. I appreciate that it's organic, vegan, gluten-free, and alcohol-free, aligning with high health and wellness standards. It's also reassuring to know this product is made in the UK, which speaks to its quality. However, I do have reservations about the clarity of ingredient information, particularly the lack of specifics about the glycerine content, which is something the company could improve on. In terms of effects, while I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, there is a certain peace of mind in taking something natural that is reputed to support stress reduction and sleep. The cost, at around £1 per serving, is on the higher side, but it's understandable given the quality.Overall, this Reishi tincture seems like a good quality product, offering a convenient way to incorporate the benefits of mushrooms into a daily health regimen.

Very pale, slightly sweet with a distinctly earthy taste.
Continuing my exploration of mushroom-based health supplements, I've turned my attention to reishi mushroom extract. As with all of this seller's products, the authenticity and traceability of the ingredients are commendable, and its Scottish production was a primary factor in my choice of selection. The product's packaging remains consistent with the rest of the brand's tinctures - a darkly tinted glass bottle that ensures the stability of the extract, complete with an integrated pipette lid for measuring and administration. As others have mentioned, the accuracy of the pipette is pretty vague as it does not fill consistently each time. However, I don't think this will really affect my daily dosing to any great degree."Essential Balance" is the slogan for this reishi variant, hinting at the mushroom's historical use for stress reduction and sleep support. I think this aligns well with this specific product. The passion and knowledge that the founders have is evident in their background and bespoke extraction method, which avoids alcohol and instead uses ultrasonics to break the cell walls and extract the compounds from the mushroom. This supplement, like the others I have also reviewed, maintains the brand's commitment to being organic, vegan, gluten-free, and alcohol-free, which aligns with the highest standards of health and wellness products available today.By scanning the QR code on the bottle, consumers can delve into the story of the brand and the practices employed on their farm, which I found to be an interesting and also reassuring read. The taste of the reishi extract is subtly earthy and reminds me of a forest floor (but in a good way). Absolutely fine when tasted neat and also can be added to drinks to impart a faintly unique hint of flavour. Not the cheapest of supplements (working out at about £1 per day). The assurance of it being a THR product would be the cherry on top in terms of quality assurance.Although the effects of reishi are not immediately quantifiable, I'm intrigued to see if there will be a discernible impact on my stress levels and sleep quality after a month of consistent use.
