Q: How big is the tip of this size?

It's about the size of a normal Sharpie. It's not fine but also not wide. I've found I can get corners done by getting close and letting the color sort of bleed into the corner.

Yes it is a paint marker that marks and flows on just about anything. Best markers I have ever used and does not dry out or clog like most do. Even good on a rock!

Q: Can anyone tell me the size point for outlining. Smallest point Posca makes?

Extra fine. 1 M. Still not super fine, but it's the smallest they make. I use it for rock painting and it's awesome for outlining.
