The product is great. Good value for the money.

I've been using these since lockdown daily, so a few (5) years now and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for high dose vitamin D tablets. They are easy to swallow and now they come in resealable (zip-lock type bags) which takes up less space and I guess less unnecessary plastic bottles (for the environment) as they previously came in blue plastic jars which are great but were largely empty. I have mine from before so just decant some into the bottles from older orders I have. (I've shared photos of both to this review). I noticed when I stopped taking these (when I ran out last year some time), I definitely felt more tired in general and also even when I tried a more regular lower dose vit D from elsewhere. So I reordered these once more. They have no detectable taste or smell and I feel they are of decent quality and seem effective for me. I generally don't get colds very often - don't know if it that has any correlation to vit D levels and my health in that regard for sure - but just in case anyone is wondering. I think it may have something to do with it. Hope this helps anyone wondering if they should purchase these.

Heard so much from so many scientists and doctors about vitamin d had to get some. According to the people who know about the virus etc. They seem to think vit d helps fight against this virus as vit d helps boost the immune system. It should also help fight the common cold and flu for the same reason. So what have I got to loose other than a few pounds ,but if their right I have everything to gain. I will take them for a year and see how it goes. I love the fact that these come in a tub with a years supply so no re ordering every few months. I also like the size I used to take multi vits a few years ago , only stopped because I had to reorder every few months and let it slip. They were big tablets if you were one of the many who struggle taking tablets you would hate the normal size of vitamin tablets. These tablets are a lot smaller than the norm and are easy to swallow. So a years supply scientists and drs the world over claim this vitamin helps fight against the virus, an affordable price ,what's not to like. If you can get some try some you have lots to possibly gain nothing to loose .

I use vitamin D because I have SAD and it's recommended for the management of it. I bought these ones because I thought great - it's supported by the vegetarian society and its good value and a company that screams about making climate change with its packaging. But I was wrong about the packaging. What a tremendous waste of space in the bottle! Not even a 3rd full so 2 3rd wasted space. Yes they are small and therefore easy to swallow. But the climate pledge was also important to me so it's lacking in its promises. Disappointed in that
