First day review is that product is very nice. Quality is nice and sturdy. Magnet makes wearing it very convenient. Color is elegant and muted. I wanted to make my Fitbit less sporty and more appropriate for office wear and this is perfect for that.

Attractive, perfect fit for the Inspire 3. Easy to fix or remove (standard fitbit latch). The magnetic clasp works very well. Have to see how the color (rose gold) lasts.

Go for it, flexible, breathable and comfortable
Go for it . It’s better than the actual strap that the Fitbit comes with. This is airy and not too rigid like the original one that is hard on the skin.
