Product design and fit is oem type but the screw hole placement is not matching. Only a single screw match on the vehicle

Missing nuts and bolts
I got the mud flap without screws and nuts and bolts yo install it.. i have initiated a return and that option was not available. Only replacement option available and i opted for replacement and even after two times delivery scheduled, i still not received the replacement
