It does not come with a grill grate thermometer, but you can put 2 probes on the grate stands that come with it

Q: Does anyone know why this comes from Amazon with 4 probes, but the owners manual says it should have come with 5 probes and an "oven" temp probe?

I think it’s false advertising myself, even the manufactures website states the same thing. Says 5 probes but then states only 4 in package. You use one of the 4 for inside smoker for heat, and other 3 for meats if needed.

Q: Does the app still crash after collecting temp data for more than an hour? I need to see temperature history for entire duration of a 10-12 hour smoke

I have used this multiple times to smoke between 4-6 hours with absolutely no issues. Graph is complete for all six of the probes.
