Whether new or experienced in faith, the verses selected and written devotional format is life giving and encouraging. I have shared this devotional with many people as it is tried and true and has helped me personally as well as many others. All of us have fears and anxieties so this is for everyone!

As always, LGG devotional journals do not disappoint. I purchased this journal to gain more wisdom and insight for sharing with others who may be dealing with anxiety and fear. IT is an awesome study guide for any moment in your life.

A journal on learning to overcome fear and anxiety with God's Truth. A SOAP study. You write out the scripture of the day. Observe what you see in the scripture. Apply what you read to your own personal life. Pray over it. A six week study. Really enjoyed doing this!

I have read the first few chapters and can relate to just about everything so far. Makes you look at things in a new way.

I think it's a really good study to help me read relevant scripture and dig into and sort through my own issues and incorrect thinking. I'm not all the way through it yet, but the study has me doing some digging into scripture and praying more which is always a good thing. I have to keep plugging away at my lack of faith and belief that God has my back!My only complaint is that the font is tiny and difficult to read and work with.

This has been life changing in my dealing with anxiety. I highly recommend this study.
