I didn't know whether to write the review for the instant pot first, or these noodles. First time making spaghetti in an instant pot, and first time making spaghetti with these noodles. It is delicious... Lol. If I didn't know, I wouldn't have guessed that the noodles are made from yellow peas. I can't wait to make Mac and cheese, and Alfredo with them. Definitely buying again. Expensive... But worth it in my opinion.

Unlike many non-wheat pastas, this product has a nice chewy texture, an excellent taste, and a significant amount of protein. The ingredient list is pretty darn simple... just yellow peas! You're not getting a bunch of extra boutique ingredients or additives. Our local grocery stopped carrying this product, so we're pleased to be able to find it at Amazon.

This pasta is about the best gluten free that my wife and I have tried. Texture is good, as long as it's not overcooked, and the flavor is acceptable.

My family has a variety of special diet issues. Recently a young nephew was diagnosed with celiacs disease and is now on a gluten free diet. I have been trying various gluten free pastas. I like this one the best of all I have tried. It cooks up like regular pasta. There is no odd flavor. I used the rotini in macaroni and cheese which is a favorite. The rotini held its shape very well. If you didn't know it is made from yellow peas you would never guess you are eating a vegetable. Which is a plus when you are feeding children. I know this child would not eat yellow peas. So not only does he get to have his favorite lunch but that lunch is now a lot healthier. Try it. You will like it.

Tasty, lower carb and gluten-free

ZENB is the only pasta I use. I believe the health benefits outweigh all other benefits. I also believe that I sacrifice very little, if any, in taste. It is the best product of its kind on the market.

Peas. That's all it's made from, yellow peas. So that's what it tastes like, yellow peas. Awful, unless you like peas, I suppose.

The flavor was great.
