I'm not usually one to get this excited about cleaning, but seriously, this steam mop has been a game-changer.Putting it together was so easy and when I finally got to try it out- Wow. It just glides across my floors, whether it's the wood in the living room or the tiles in the kitchen, and just melts away all the yuck. This works well and very easy to assemble. Give out a lot of steamAnd comes with two pads that are washable.I would recommend this product

Things I like:- Fast heat up (steam in less that 10 seconds normally)- Large tank- High steam volume- Long cordNeutral items:- Cord seems undersized but does not heat up even after 20-30 minutes useThings I do not like:- Prone to falling over if not supported somehow- handle is a little loose (but still good for this price point)Definitely a strong buy subject to price changes.

Works very nicely! Cleaned our luxury vinyl and tile flooring. We have a house full of fur babies and this does a nice deep clean! Heats up fast and easy to use!

The Neugo Steam Mop is fantastic! It's incredibly easy to use, heats up quickly, my last 3 mops were slow and did not heat up enough to generate adequate steam. Works great in thwe kitchen and bathroom. I love the adjustable steam modes, which make it work on hardwood, vinyl, and even carpets. The long 23ft cord and removable water tank are super convenient, allowing me to clean larger areas without stopping. The washable pads are sup[er easy.too. Overall, this steam mop delivers excellent performance and value. Highly recommended!

I am SO happy to purchased this!! My house is nothing but wood floors and I was always using a spin mops to clean but after every clean I noticed my sons feet were BLACK on the bottom. No matter how much I scrubbed and used hot water I could never get these dang floors clean. Now with the steam mop I barely go over a spot or stain and it's cleaned instantly. After using this steam mop my sons feet were no longer black after he runs around. I'm am so happy 😁😁

Assembly was super easy and tool free. I was pleasantly surprised to find a cup for adding water to the container. Instructions were easy to follow. Product registration even easier that is supposed to extend the warranty to two years. I tried it on the kitchen hardwood floor and it removed the sticky marks with ease.I found the mop fabric having a little too much resistance with floor requiring force to slide forward. It will be nice to have a way to hang the mop for storage and a loop on the cloth to hang it for drying.

This is very user friendly and cleans nicely without and harshl chemicals. It is light and the cord is long.
