Delicious and easy to take. I mix it with my water every day and it helps me stay hydrated by making me want to drink more water. Sometimes water needs a “boost” and this is a great option. I’ve also noticed my skin feels softer and healthier. Coupled with a good diet, this is a good way to keep your skin hydrated and healthy. I’m 50 years old so whatever I can do naturally to slow the aging process is a plus for me. Highly recommend.

The first day I tried it I drank it with a cold bottle of water. If you've ever taken a chewable flinstone vitamine as a kid, that was the taste but more of it just not satisfying to me. But the second day which is today I drank it with warm bottled water and it tastes great. It tastes like tea to me. Room temp or warm water is better for me. I felt energized as well but not sure of anything else at the moment this is the second day.

Only thing that I wish would improve was being able to get it out of the packaging without using scissors or all my strength lol they really packaged it in there, but if that’s going to keep the efficiency and integrity of the collagen, no problem. lol I will be ordering monthly!!!!

The taste was terrible, there was white flakes in the water?? Not gonna lie, I was nauseous the whole day after drinking ,there's a slight notice on energy, I noticed I gained 3 pounds today, I wouldn't recommend

I guess i was assuming i could just down this as i have tried other stuff that was clear. came in a squeeze pouch and tasted very pleasant. This is horrendous! I tried to mix this with a bottle of water but i just cant get it down. the taste is very strong. stays with you and is nasty tasting. I will try to find someone to pawn it off on. Not for me!

The media could not be loaded. The vial implies it’s easy to use. Before I bought this I thought I could just drink it straight but it says you can’t. As the video shows the top doesn’t easily rip off it needs to be cut off and I always get a squirt of contents coming out on my counter. Then I have to drink a 16 oz glass of the brown gross stuff. The aftertaste is awful. I wouldn’t bother and would try to buy something that is a liquid shot. I also believe the bovine collagen is better than plant based like this one is. My joints are starting to ache again.

This is a really positive review because I've been impressed with this product. The inclusion of folate, 2000mcg biotin, and Vitamin C is a huge plus. I was also pleased to find that it has low sugar, contains a Vitamin B complex, and excludes gluten, wheat, dairy, and peanuts. The fact that it's manufactured in the USA adds to its credibility. The mixed berry flavor is a nice touch, and the 4000mg collagen peptides are a great booster for my health. Overall, a top-notch supplement!
