Smells lovely but don’t think it’s made any difference to relaxation as hoped - small bottle

I love herbal products but I'm also a skeptic so I tend to find them disappointing in the majority. I struggle to unwind before bedtime and I can spend many an hour in bed lost in my thoughts before finally drifting off, so I'll try anything that might be able to assist with sleep.First off, the smell is subtle, rather than strong or overpowering. I'm always hesitant with lavender as it can trigger headaches for me and I often find it too overpowering, even though it's been used for years as a sleep aid. Lavender is the strongest-smelling component of this product, but it's not overpowering and it's rather pleasant. The neutral carrier is jojoba oil and then it has a fragrance blend of bergamot, geranium, lavender and orange. I love geranium but I can only smell it slightly and even less of bergamot/orange.You get 10ml, but the metal roll-on is genius and I'm pretty sure it will last for absolutely ages. I've not noticed any leaking either when it's on its side. The idea is to apply it to your pulse points. Wrists are obvious choices but that also puts them quite far from the nose for such a subtle fragrance unless you are happy to regularly sniff your wrists. I think for sleep it somewhere like the pulse point on your neck would be more beneficial.It says it's not for use on kids, however, the scent is so subtle and way less strong than the other well-known sleep aids you get for kids, I really can't see how this would be any worse. I'd much prefer to use this on my 6-year-old than those products.Overall I'm quite happy with this and will continue to use it.

As other reviewers have said this has a really weak scent. Next I’m not sure what they are trying to achieve with an orange scent in the mix - what little scent there is just wakes you up not sends you to sleep!So this product is ineffective I’m afraid.For comparison some years ago I was given a lavender roll-on freebie in a high end hotel. This type of product is far more effective than the product reviewed here.Also - big negative - this item isn’t possible to return even though it’s useless

I’m literally willing to try anything to cure my insomnia and thought this might relax me at night but to be honest the scent isn’t convincing, if that’s the right word. It doesn’t seem to last very long and sniffing my wrist until I nod off probably isn’t an option.It feels a little pricey for what it is and the placebo effect certainly didn’t work in this instance.

This product was sent to me to review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.Though it is contained in small bottle, it will last a while, as I’ve found that you do not need to apply a lot of the solution. It spreads fairly well, due to its consistency, and the well-made metal rollerball design. The size is handy for keeping in a pocket, so that you can easily access it in a pinch.I would say that the scent is generally pleasant, but, not very strong - I can only smell it if I lift my wrist up to my nose.As I suffer from anxiety, I have been using the liquid to deliberately try and take a moment to stop and breathe deeply. I wish that the scent was a little more intense, so that I don’t have to pick my wrists up every time to do that, however, having a small routine for mindfulness is helpful.At the current price, the item is fairly good value.

Didn’t help as I thought it would, went back to using tiger balm!
