Tried and True.
I have an older "trouble light" in my garage that is on a 20 ft reel. It has always worked well but when I replaced a burnt bulb with a new "LED" bulb, it worked for a couple months, then, when I turned it on, it "flickered" and tripped my circuit breaker. I bought another "rough service" LED bulb, but it also flickered. I didn't want to "burn" my house down and decided to try an incandescent bulb. This bulb worked just as it should. I am glad it came in a 2 pack. These should take care of my light for a good long time. Color me disappointed with LED bulbs.

PHILIPS 100W A19 Medium Base Frosted Rough Service Light Bulbs - 2 Pack
I recently purchased the PHILIPS 100W A19 Medium Base Frosted Rough Service Light Bulbs (2 Pack) for use in a heat lamp for my baby chicks, and they worked great! These bulbs provide the perfect amount of heat and light, ensuring my chicks stay warm and comfortable. The frosted design helps to diffuse the light nicely, and I appreciate the durability of the rough service construction. It's reassuring to know they can withstand the demands of a busy environment.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. If you're looking for reliable light bulbs for heating purposes or other applications, I highly recommend these PHILIPS bulbs!

Do not buy these!
Do not order these. I purchased 3 packs of these light bulbs. The first pack of bulbs worked for 2 weeks and then stopped. The second pack had a broken bulb. I haven’t checked the 3rd pack yet. I don’t have high hopes though. I would not order again from this supplier.

Non-visible flicker present unfortunately. But great brightness and warm color!
Gets very hot quickly. So not sure if these should be used inside home fixtures that are enclosed.. probably not.Nice warm color!! Bright but not too bright. We LOVE these for our hallways, etc. A little more yellow than a warm white, but not so yellow as to be feeling dingy. However, there is a flicker to these bulbs (not visible to the naked eye, but stimulates our nervous system) unfortunately.

Bright Idea!
The Incandescent lightbulb spectrum is natural and much easier on the eyes. Like candlelight!LED light is much harsher for the eyes because of intensity and frequency of "On / Off" cycles per second.I hope Lee Zeldin of the Enviromental Protection Agency (E.P.A.) Removes the ban on Incandescent light bulbs brought on by the Green New Scam and restores common sense for the consumer.
