The fan had very good air flow. It was quiet in the low fan speed setting and just more louder in the highest speed. It has a solid build.

I’m in a place now where 1st through the 3rd floor all have the same exhaust vent in the bathroom. Recently it stopped pulling air out. Maintenance is compeltly incompetent so I went ahead on my own and installed this to pull the stale air out of my place while also protecting the bathroom from mildew. Maintenance doesn’t even seem to care about the fact that long term this is very damaging and bad for one’s health. Anyways this device is perfect. I can’t seem to understand why there are any negative reviews on it at all. It’s perfect. Also, this can’t be found in store anywhere. Amazon is simply the best. Thank you for saving me from breathing humid and mildew air and co2 air from having no other place to escape. I’ve been struggling for a week now with sleeping due to the Dallas heat and humidity with this building being run down. Installed a window ac unit and now have this fan going. At least now I know the air in here is much cleaner with stale and humid air having somewhere to escape finally. Life saver. Thank you

As others have noted this is a heavy duty quality built 6" fan. It moves a lot of air (300 cfm not sure, that's a lot of air. I have equipment to measure the flow just haven’t done it. One of these days...) The noise level comes from the air, not the motor. You can't move that much air through a small fan quietly. Its very quiet at minimum speed which still moves quite a bit of air. Guessing slightly less than half speed. Some fans on a speed control whine at reduced speed, no trace of that here. I dropped it a notch because the speed controller is mounted near the plug instead of near the fan, inconvenient. It also operates backwards, starting at maximum instead of minimum speed as others I have do (have several AC Infinity fans also high quality). Not logical either and usually want minimum speed so have to turn quite a bit. Minor but... On value for the price I give it a 5. It's worth the money, but advise buying the one with the speed control unless you need the full airflow all the time, and noise is not an issue.

Pulls a ton of air on the higher speeds, and it still effective but much quieter at the lowest speeds. If you don't specifically need the backdraft plates that are flapping about on the back, removing them makes this run much quieter. I found it emitted a hollow kind of resonant sound with them in place which drove me crazy. They're easy to remove.

I purchased this fan 12 months ago for my 8x8 chicken coop. It ran 24/7 and moved the air from the coop quite efficiently…until 2 weeks ago when it started make a loud grinding noise. Support via the Amazon page suggested cleaning and inspecting the blades, I clean the fan regularly and the blades are undamaged. There is no phone number for customer service, however I did find a company email and I reached out for assistance. It’s been a week and I’ve not had a response. Prior to two weeks ago, I would have rated this product 5 stars. Due to the sudden malfunctioning and zero customer service, I’m leaving a 1 star review. If the company acknowledges the issues and provides assistance, I’ll be more than happy to update my review.

We got this for a bathroom that did not have an exhaust fan. We fitted a thick piece of plexiglass in a window and cut to fit. I love that it can be turned down when full blast is not needed. This will be louder than a typical bathroom exhaust, but it can move some air when you need it. It seems to be made well. We have had it installed for maybe a few months now. We are very happy with this purchase so far.

I got this to get some ventilation in the chicken coop. It's ~15square foot. The 6inch exhaust fan does a nice job. It pushes hot air out easily. No problem with the install. We put it on the wall up close to the roof where the hot air lingers. The hardest part was cutting out the circle in the wall. Very much worth the cost. I was worried it would be loud. On low is very quite. On high to my surprise wasnt as loud as I thought it would be. The chickens love the upgrade as well.

It is still working for now, but after about a month of use it has a clicking sound like something is about to go out.

I bought this fan to exhaust fumes from my kitchen gas stove top. It works well. .It is quiet loud when on high.

Installed (2) 6" fans in the back wall of my shop. We're easy to install and look clean from the inside. The open back with back draft is not a proper exterior fnish tho. Definitely needs some sort of vent or finish cap. Wish I included this, but I guess it's not necessarily part of the exhaust fan... Now to the important stuff. I honestly expected more power. They are kinda low and slow and don't overly move a crazy amount of air. My rooftop vent fan in my rv seems to pull more.. not really a fair comparison tho, 250 dollar fan and these are 1/5 the price. So you get what you pay for. They work, look nice, but arnt "excellent"

The fan work well it pulled most of the cigarettes and cigar smoke.The noise level is not to loud but noticeable it’s only a week but will see how long it lasts.

Fonctionne parfaitement et belle allure autant pour la salle de bain que la cuisine. Je la conseille fortement à qui en a besoin pour le chalet car ça ne prend pas beaucoup d’espace. Elle a plusieurs degrés de vitesse et c’est un bon point car on peut la laisser fonctionner longtemps sans être dérangé par un bruit de fond agaçant.
