Would definitely recommend for anxious people!
This is hands down my favorite Rhodiola I’ve ever tried.. I definitely actually feel it. It does help with anxiety but not in a way that makes me tired like I actually have some energy. I love this product it’s worth it.

Holy cow! I started taking this after I found out ashwaganda would interfere with my thyroid function, not only does this do the exact same as ashwaganda, but there's no drowsy feeling, no medicine interactions and it keeps my brain focused while studying. With almost a three month supply, for that price is unbelievable

Came with broken cap and seal. As for the product, the capsules are darker than another brand. Not sure if it works or not. The other brand did for sure.
