Super easy to install In fact the old ceiling fan was the hardest part of the whole thing. FYI. If you had a red wire before, this light does not, just cap it off. It’s not needed to use this fixture. While also stating that, bc you don’t need the red wire anymore, one of your light switches on the wall (the one that controlled the fan for the old ceiling fan) won’t work anymore, bc essentially, the remote does all the programming. You only need one light switch, which is to turn the light fixture on and off from power. I’ve left my light switch on and the remote will be doing all the work load. The remote has a controller holder that you can instal on your wall and you don’t have to point the remote at the light fixture for it to work. Press the button in a different room, the light fixture will respond with the controller commands. Medium light, and bulbs are included!!! Normally they are not, super impressed this one had five bulbs included. Nice! They are the antique type bulb. Enjoy this light fixture for sure! Fan is super quiet and mighty for being so small. All around a great fixture

This thing is cool looking from the ground. Cheap looking when you are the one installing it. Simple to install and the directions for the remote module was pretty easy. KISS is the name of the game here. Now if the blades where bigger. If they made a 50 something inch version. It would be really cool. The low profile is nice for older homes and 8' ceilings. My son picked it out and his biggest complaint is it just doesn't push enough air. It's great if you plan on camping under it but the rest of the room struggles.

This ceiling fan is so small. It got lost in the ceiling, but we connected it. Though I truly love the design, the fan only blows straight down to the floor and only covers a small area.

It was very well packaged and it was easy to install. The wiring was straightforward. I have 9 foot ceilings and it puts out great air flow considering the size. The only thing that would be better for me is if the gears actually turned but not a deal breaker.

I loved the look, but was very disappointed that the entire thing wasn't metal. The base is metal, the difference nuts, bolts, and the light fixtures are metal. The frame itself and all the gears and cogs are wood painted to look like industrial steampunk metal. Only giving 3 star because it says everywhere in every description and material indicator it is metal on the listing and says nothing about it being wood. We will see how well it holds up. I wasn't expecting steel and iron for the price, but pot metal, aluminum and/or tin yes. For the price and it being wood i don't really think it is worth it. With these types of materials I would say it is worth half the price it is listed for. Like i said this thing may last for a while, but as far as description it is misleading and should be updated.

It works great and looks great! Super easy to install only took about 15 min. White wire, black wire and a cooper ground. Reused the wing nuts in the previous light fixture and added a little electric tape. Couldn't have asked for an easier install and beautiful look. Provides great air flow for my little office maybe 100 Sq ft. The remote is nice and I can control it with an app. Very nice!

Looks cool, lights work fine. Remote and fans did work, they quit within 6mos. I have 2 of these. I would look for a better option if you want the fan to actually work.
