Very good it does have a hot cold plate which gets quite warm... And a cold plate which does get quite cold must be some kind of mini air conditioner fitted inside 😁 but the vibrations also quite good the whole thing comes with three settings on each it also seems to have a timer cut out as well but worth the money 👍👍

Circulation machine
This is a good machine, but the vibrations they're not very strong, so not so good for my problem with circulation.

Poor Customer Service
Description said as 2 mode functions with 16 auto programmes and customisable. No difference in feel of them and it kept bleeping on Fix mode..instructions didn’t explain anything. I contacted Sensio for explanation who said they would email me back with answers to my questions. That was a week ago and still waiting so returned it and purchased a Med Fit Medi-Boost machine instead. Far superior.

This works
Very easy to use. Helps considerably with tight muscles. One section vibrates, the other heats up. Straight forward controls. Value for money. Recommend.

Don't know yet. I intend to read all the information and Instructions before trying the product. It looks splendid.
