These multivitamins have worked well for us. The tablets are a fine size for 10 year olds kids and they find it easy to swallow without any fuss. They don’t have any noticeable taste, which is a big plus compared to some other vitamins that can be bitter or chalky. I also like that the ingredients are natural and the overall quality feels high. It’s reassuring to know the kids are getting extra support without unnecessary additives.

Bought these as our 11yr old had started her periods early and had a massive growth spurt along with some unpleasant mood swings and anxiety. I loved the idea that these were organic and contained no nasties & quite frankly was willing to pay anything to get our “happy girl” back!! Capsule size was initially a worry but she seemed to take them easily and after a while we noticed a remarkable improvement in her moods. Also her skin seemed brighter and clears with less of the hormonal breakouts prior to her period. Made the epic mistake of running out and thinking “how much difference could they have made?” After 2 weeks of misery, attitude and angst… a LOT!!! So, here I am reordering and making sure she never runs out again 😂 Parents of hormonal girls, run don’t walk to buy these!!!

NOT YEAST FREE! My daughter was very unwell for years and we eventually discovered she had a very high yeast count in her system. We were advised to cut out yeast and sugars and prescribed these by her Naturapath. She took them for a couple of years until we discovered that there is yeast in these! Second opinion followed and we were advised to avoid these!

Blends well in juice, kids none the wiser. Tasteless. Perfect for me

Perfect for babies as no added bulking agents

I can’t really comment on a nutrition side of it as I’ve only been using it for couple of days but I read about the company and the way they produce these supplements and I like it. I bought it for my 2.5 year old baby who is a really picky eater - hence supplements. I strongly believe that balance diet is the best but there is nothing you can do if baby thinks otherwise. 4 stars, rather than 5, because it smells bad. And it tastes even worst. So as baby is too little to swallow the capsule, I open it and add the powder to smoothies. The volume of smoothie is small (as it’s for a baby) and with the content of one capsule it tastes horrible. I couldn’t drink it. Baby is not a big fan either. I guess it’s so much better if you swallow the entire capsule without opening. Overall: I would recommend it to others. Doesn’t have all the nasty cancerogenic preservatives and that’s the most important thing.
