When i opened the case and close it, the l and r charge bits on the screen keep going up and down and the number in the middle keeps going down. why?

The number in the middle is the case charge so will only go down when not plugged in. The l and r show the charging status of the l and r earbuds and should cycle from empty to full over and over as they charge. This is normal.

About reset  earbuds：
1. Unpair "G11MAX" from your Bluetooth-enabled device and delete the old connection on your bluetooth device.
2. Quickly click 5 times to clear the earbuds pairing information and restore the factory settings, Earbuds indicator light is always on for 2S (Prompt tone: Power off)
3. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
4. Please cover the charging compartment and wait for 5S
5. Take out the earbuds, wait for 10 seconds, let the left and right earbuds complete the pairing between the earphones
6. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect"G11MAX".
