Good so far
I just installed over Memorial weekend. 2025 It wasn’t very difficult but I’m a pretty decent dyi plumber.I’m 71 so the difficulty for me was accessing the underside of the toilet. It took 60 minutes of not do difficult work. Instructions that came with the product were easy to follow. To use you turn a valve (supplied) from horizontal to the vertical position, point to area needing cleanup and use the fine tune valve on the wand to turn on the water. Go slow unless you are cleaning a goat’s behind because the force of water will get stronger the further you open the wand finger valve.Important! Keep the valve off at the underside of the toilet in the off position (horizontal) to relieve the water pressure in the hose because it not a pressure rated hose.I will try to remember to give another review after more use. At this point I would definitely purchase again.Kenny

I only want to use the toilet at home now
My husband said it was easy to install and it works very well as intended. There is a learning curve to using a bidet sprayer, but once you figure out how it best works for you (from the front or back, angle to hold it, best pressure to use, etc) it’s perfect. A Godsend for hemmeroid sufferers. You do need to turn off the water line to the sprayer after each use, but that becomes habit and the fear of a bathroom flood reminds you this step is needed. It’s easy to reach and a quick flick on and off. I was worried about the cold water, but it is not bad at all. Works great if you need to clean the toilet quick after use also. I noticed other reviewers commented on the plastic handle that will eventually crack also. I had one of these for about 4 years and it cracked and eventually broke. I bought another identical one and it fell off the holder (more than once) only months after I got it and cracked too. Right away I bought some JB Weld water weld and put it in a ring around the handle over the crack. It’s been holding well with no leaks for over a year. Would definitely recommend, but have the JB Weld on hand so you can fix a small crack right away. It will eventually break off and you’ll have a mess to clean up. Get pkgs of dark colored inexpensive wash clothes to use instead of tp. Put soiled clothes into covered diaper type pail next to toilet. No smell and save money. Wash with towels and add a cup of vinegar to the wash load.

Bidet
Easy to install, and easy to use. It has a strong spray pressure, but it can be adjusted to a soft spray as well.

Fantastic.
I have severe IBS-C and decided to make the jump to a bidet to save on wipes & toilet paper, and increased hygiene and comfort. Having never used one before, I decided on this model due to its unique shape as I figured it would be easier to reach the “target area”. After having it a month, I figured I’d review it.Installation:Everything arrived as advertised, with no missing pieces. I gathered a pair of channellock pliers and a crescent wrench. Despite the company saying it could be installed without plumber’s tape…I generally feel it’s foolish to mess with pipes and plumbing without using tape or sealant to prevent leaks. Anyway, installation went smoothly, finishing in under 10 minutes. The installation guide seemed to be useful if one needs it.Usage:Works very well as intended. The angle of the nozzle helps to easily and comfortably hit the intended area easily. Plenty of water pressure (though that depends on your home’s water pressure as well).Helpful hint: This model has two valves- one on the nozzle, and one at the water inlet valve to the toilet. Once finished with the bidet, if the user closes the valve at the inlet valve and then opens the nozzle valve it will purge the water from the hose. Doing this helps prevent leaks in the hose while not in use, because all gaskets eventually fail. It’s a quick, small thing that can prevent a headache later. Just don’t be like me and forget to close the nozzle valve while turning the other valve back on and inadvertently spray down the bathroom hahahahaha

Very poor quality
These things are junk. I bought two of them 2 years ago, one for the main bath (2 people) one for a rarely used guest room bath. You'll find out after you receive them that you are required to shut the valve off after each use! What a PITA! They are cheaply made with plastic parts. You'll find when spraying they leak from the side spraying water where you don't want it. Recently they have become unusable. The guest bath unit leaks even when not spraying. When I hang up the nozzle, I get a puddle of water on the floor even before I can turn off the valve.Do yourselves a favor and shp around to find a quality unit that will last

The tip of wand is pressed on and will fail and you cannot fix it.
This product is a great idea, but has poor execution. The tip of the wand is pressed on and the metal is extremely week. It began spraying water in a 360 degree arc around the tip. We have fairly low water pressure in our area. It is so low that it is difficult to water the plants outside, however it was apparently enough to blow the tip off this model. Instead of it being made of quality metal and screwed on with a replaceable gasket it is pressed on, and such poor manufacturing processes are not meant to last or be repaired. It is very disappointing. We bought two and they've lasted a couple years, so I would give them a 2.5 star rating for 1 out of 2 lasting . . . so far. Since they made it out of warranty and one works; I rounded up my rating.
