Such a Great Read!
I’d been looking for a book about “how to be alone and love it” and this book was perfect! I can’t wait to take the actions Renuka suggests!

Nice little book
The author is wise beyond her years. I could tell she was young by her word choices and references. I enjoy reading this book. She gets specific about what it means to sit with yourself and love yourself. That said, the book needs a good editor. There are a number of sentences with extra or repetitive words. Self publishers take note: Hire an editor to avoid silly mistakes!

Great book.
“The Art of Being ALONE: Solitude Is My HOME, Loneliness Was My Cage" is a profound exploration of the distinction between solitude and loneliness. The author skillfully delves into the emotional journey from feeling trapped in loneliness to finding peace and comfort in solitude. The book is filled with personal anecdotes and practical advice, making it relatable and insightful for anyone struggling with the concept of being alone. One of the strengths of this book is its honest and raw portrayal of the author's experiences. It doesn't shy away from the pain of loneliness but instead uses it as a stepping stone to highlight the beauty and serenity that can be found in solitude. The writing is both engaging and thought-provoking, encouraging readers to embrace their own company and find strength within themselves.Overall, "The Art of Being ALONE" is a valuable read for anyone looking to understand and navigate their feelings of loneliness and solitude. It offers a fresh perspective and practical tools to transform loneliness into a nurturing and empowering experience. This book is a testament to the power of self-discovery and the peace that can be found in embracing solitude.

Find your joy
This is a great book about accepting that being alone does not equal loneliness. I learned to embrace solitude as a gift and not a burden.

What if an Instagram account wrote a book?
I hope this isn't the content we'll expect as gen-z grows up and begins contributuing to the world. The content was shallow, very little practical steps outside of "accept yourself"; just another self-absorbed 20-something that thinks she knows the world because she took a trip to bali that one time. I can't tell that she has any practical training in the subject or otherwise qualified to give advice. I do not recommend this book unless you're in a "eat pray love" situation and need a little help to get to your self-important breakthroughs. Otherwise keep searching for advice from more qualified authors.
