Its does exactly what its suppose to do. I can switch between inputs very easy. Its easy to set up. Basically plug and go. Sound and image are great! I have all 5 inputs used up and none have issues.

I previously was using Bluetooth to transmit audio to my sound bar from my projector and one day the sound bar just refused to connect, obviously extremely frustrating when all you want to do is unwind after a long day at work. I was looking at ways of extracting audio from HDMI and came across this switch, and thought I would give it a go. What I really like about this switch is that it has 5 inputs. Most of the switches I have seen normally have 4. To be honest, you can never have to many HDMI inputs. It does have one optical and one aux out for audio. I went for optical, since that is the best option in my opinion and my sound bar supports it. The extracted sound is good quality from this switch, and I enjoy no longer having to fuss with Bluetooth. I turn everything on and it just works everytime. I do have a few extremely minor complaints. The first is how this is powered. It uses a barrel jack. It would have been awesome to see this come with USB-C, although this can be fixed with getting an adapter, but still annoying none the less. Second is that the audio outputs are on the front of the device. For me this was not a showstopper, but it makes it less aesthetically pleasing when all hooked up and routing cables not as great. Third complaint is the remote. It gets the job done, but man it is kinda ugly and cheap. The previous HDMI switch I was using has an Amazon Firesticklike remote that took AAAs. Not a huge deal, just annoying. My final verdict then. Should you get this? If you need to extract audio, absolutely yes. It will work exactly as advertised and you will not be disappointed. If you are switching from Bluetooth, consider this the cost of your sanity with extra HDMI inputs. If you are on the fence, you probably should just get it. You will thank me later.

Satisfied
Have been using this for over a year and it is still working. I don't use it daily. Maybe two or three times a week.

This works really great.
Wow!!! This really works to connect old school consoles to newer tvs and monitors. It’s pretty easy to use. The only thing I really use the remote control for is an off and on switch.

it works, so far
I bought an HDMI switch a while ago and returned it because it didn't work, when I received this iArkPower HDMI switch it looked somewhat familiar externally, functionally and had the same user guide as the other one but under a different logo - however, this one does work, switching HDMI sources and extracting audio as expected - I have no complaints (thus far). The one thing I didn't verify yet is that it does it's job for 4K as well because currently I'm still on HD (1080p) sources - so there's something to look forward to.

easy to set up, works great
I needed a way to send videos from my iphone to the projector and split off sound into a separate system for quality audio simultaneously and this device does it perfectly

Did not work for my PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2
Bought this and didn't work. PS5 showed for like 5 seconds at 1080p and not 4k nad would go static. Nintendo Switch 2 just straight up showed nothing. I would not recommend this for an ARC monitor and would go for something like Ethereal HDMI Audio / Visual extractors. The 2 I have work right out of the box, no fuss.

Works but doesn't work
Spent 3 hours trying to get this to work right.... Not compatible with ARC needs. Hisense TV + Yamaha smart soundbar. Tested Inputs: Chromecast, PS5, Roku The good: Once you find cables that it'll work with it is compatible 4k@60 for Chromecast, Roku & PS5. The bad: When I plugged this into the soundbar or TV all ARC functionality stopped. No matter what input or setting the switch was in, ARC immediately stopped working when it plugs into the system. 3 hours of trying all settings and reboots & 8 different HDMI cables. I love that this splits to optical and HDMI at the same time. Original plan was to add night time headphones to the setup but plugging in the switch stops all ARC functionality.
