Because magnesium is best absorbed through the skin, I mix 100 grams of magnesium with 100 ml of distilled (!) water and I pour it into a small spray bottle. Can be sprayed anywhere on the body (avoid getting it in your eyes). It goes everywhere in your body through the bloodstream. If you want faster results for muscle or tendon pains, apply to the sore area of the body. May cause a slight stinging sensation on sensitive skin, just wash it off and it will go away. The longer you keep this oily magnesium on your skin, the more of it absorbed up.

Arrived very promptly. I follow the instructions on the tub to make up one litre and then have 100ml of this per day. Taste is not pleasant but just have a little slug throughout the day followed by a large drink of water and works very well. Eases muscle and joint aches and helps with my vitamin D deficiency along with Vitamin K2 Mk7 to ensure the calcium in my body goes to the bones and not deposited elsewhere that would cause problems.

AMAZING STUFF!! AMAZING VALUE!!! I mix the crystals with rose water according to the guidelines for making Magnesium Oil. This delightfully scented suspension has SO many uses! I use it mostly for; 1. A few drops on my fingers massaged into painful joints and muscles gives great relief - Quickly! 2. The oil rubbed into my elbows and the soles of my feet simply 'melts hard skin. (I recommend you wear socks after applying the 'oil'.) 3. Serves as a natural under arm deodorant. This works for me, but be warned, the drier your skin, the more it tingles!!!

Some magnesiums can have an undesirable affect on the digestion, this has been absolutely fine for me, this is my umpteenth tub, consistant quality and the tubs are useful when empty
