I'm back for round two with this jacket! My son wore his first one constantly until he outgrew it, so that tells you how much we loved it. It's become our go to jacket for those crisp Minnesota mornings before the real cold hits. The lightweight material is perfect because he can move around freely at the playground without getting too hot, but it still keeps him warm enough when the temperature drops. For the price, you really can't beat it. We'll definitely get plenty of use out of it until winter arrives and we need to break out the heavy coat. If your kid is between sizes, I'd recommend sizing up so you get more wear out of it. Also great for packing or stuffing in a backpack as it is super compact.

Warm and lightweight, my 9 year old loves it! I bought it for a February trip to London, and while I don’t recommend it in pouring rain, in misty and windy conditions it works great! I also love how bright the red color is, I can definitely find my son quickly in a crowd. I also love how you can stuff this jacket into the little carrying case and when you take it back out it’s not wrinkled. Fits true to size, but I wish I would have sized up to a XL so he could wear this for a couple of seasons. Great kids jacket!

We bought five puffer jackets for our family vacation to Alaska (land and cruise). It’s difficult packing for this type of trip this time a year because the weather is so hard to predict. These jackets were perfect - so lightweight and then being able to stuff them into their own pouches and hooking them to a backpack or belt loop when not needed. We didn’t encounter any super cold temperatures but it was chilly for a good part of the trip. Many excursions started when it was chilly out so we wore them and then we were able to discard them when it warmed up without them weighing us down. I personally don’t think puffers are particularly attractive but they were super functional and handy in our circumstances. Definitely recommend!
