Are these noodles hard and stiff or soft?

The noodles are not really head or extremely soft, they are made to support a swimmer in a pool. We have used them in our pool for years. They usually last about 6 months in the Florida heat and clorine,

do these have a hole in the center? if so, how large? I need these for making boffer swords.

Yes, they do have a hole in the center. I would guess maybe 1/2 inch wide. I hope this helps!

What is the dimension of the hole?

About a 1/2” -3/4 “ width or so

What are the inner and outer diameter measurements?

Length: 55 inches Diameters: 2 1/4 inches
