I’ve tried Bakemate products before, so I purchased these butter cookies with confidence. The cookies are really good—fresh, buttery, and tasty. The packaging is also impressive; the box feels sturdy and reusable, which is a nice touch. The only issue I faced was that a few cookies arrived crumbled, likely during shipping. Otherwise, happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Bad packaging
Although the taste was very good but the packaging was the worst. They shipped using only a piece of cardboard . No bubble wrap , no box . It is really disappointing.

i ordered chocolate chip cookies they are good, taste exact like hide and seek chip biscuit. but they were a bit messy as you took a bite the rest of the cookie is getting crumbled.
