After a couple of weeks of taking KSM-66, I feel less stressed and my sleep quality improved. Capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate the standardized extract. Definitely helps with relaxation and recovery.

This stuff works great for helping to calm me down and keep me levelheaded. I can feel a noticeable difference when taking them.

I take these for stress and cortisol management and they work wonderfully. Don't buy the hype about it functioning like a test booster, there's simply not enough peer reviewed science out there to support it. Not to mention you really shouldn't be playing around with hormone levels without a doctor involved anyway. They're reasonably sized capsules and thus are easy to swallow, there's no weird taste or burps after taking them.

so far so good I really haven't been on this product long enough to tell you yet but I think 🤔 it's doing what it's supposed to do so far I am satisfied so far I will let you know when I'm on for awhile to tell you if it's worth it

Love this brand i have multiple supps from them and they all are very high quality. This stuff takes a bit to build up in your system but ive got my blood tests done and it seems to boost my testosterone. It also helps me and my girlfriend with sleep so id definitely recommend for a nighttime supp.

Although this helped reduce my stress/anxiety levels after a few weeks and helped me sleep better, I found it to be way too potent as a woman. I am 25 and not on any form of contraception, my cycle is natural, and this threw off my hormones and lead to an increase in free testosterone and androgens relatively quickly. Likely very beneficial for men though and women without hormone sensitivities!
