Used for my boat trailer. Easy to load and easy to move around on a smooth floor. Replaces my cheaper units which were very difficult for 1 person to move. You get what you pay for.

Easy assembly, did not have to modify parts, like the bigger casters, heavy, works as advertised.......Purchased to make changing to winter tires and tire rotation easier........Yes, made off shore......Have you looked at some of Name Brands where there made ?

I needed something to help me get the tires rotated on my Bronco without straining my back trying to get them off and back on. My tires are big and heavy to say the least and battling lining them up with the holes in the rims was just too much. This, while designed to put on all four wheels to push around the shop, seemed to be what I needed to assist me on lining the rims up for mounting and boy did it! It made the job super easy once I figured out how it worked. It states that you shouldn't use it without experience and I guess that's the reason it didnt come with very good instructions on how to use it.... It didnt take long to figure it out tho. Not to mention the way it was packed. I wish all heavy items were packed in the manner this was done! The box was lined with thin plank wood to prevent box damage from its metal components that were inside it. Very nice! The only complaint I have is that it was shipped USPS and not UPS/FedEx. I ended up having to go to the post office to get it since our post person couldn't handle the weight of it. At first, I thought how ridiculous is this that they wouldn't deliver it to my front door, but when I picked it up I realized why very quickly. This has some weight to it and I can understand why USPS wouldn't deliver it. Assembly wasn't bad either. If you are purchasing this, hopefully you have some mechanical sense about you. Definitely recommend purchasing for what I purchased it for. Not sure how they would work for its true intended purpose since I only purchased one and not four.

Worked as described. No issues. A bit rugged but works well even for 32” tires on my UTV.

shipping plastic on the rollers is very hard and messy to peel off. Main issue is a poor ratchet system that won't engage and raise a wheel. Just a wheel unmounted, or on jacked car but no lugnuts when swapping wheels. So < 100 lbs. It will push up one notch but doesn't catch or lock and just goes back/down. Ratchet really only works completely unweighted.

The TL-9013C Wheel Dolly was pre-assembled except for the casters. Everything looked good except the back pawl got hung up and I could not lower the tire. Had to jack the car up and release the back pawl with a screwdriver to remove the dolly out from under the tire. Found that the whole assembly was out of alignment and made adjustments. Not all of the moving parts were lubed. All of this should have been caught .
