I smoke a lot of herb, and I have for 50 years. This stuff helps clear out what I cough up and helps me breathe better at night. To the person who claims, here and on other product reviews, that "all supplements are a waste of money, see a doctor" - that is a ludicrous statement backed by nothing: no facts, no experiences. I take six supplements, and I've taken the same 6 for over 15 years. Without them I might not be writing this. I spent a lot of my early life abusing my body to the point that now, at 63, I should either be dead or so infirm I wish I was. Instead I am thriving. I live in rural Arizona, on tribe land, and available medical services are inconsistent to downright terrible. Without a decent diet, moderate exercise and every one of those supplements life would be a lot harder for me. So, the person that said that is wrong. Do yourself a favor and do not make decisions taking opinions like that into account.

Love it, already feel a difference in the first few days of taking it. Much easier to breathe and I can finally get a full nights rest without waking up coughing

I was having some unpleasant gastrointestinal issues for a couple of weeks. I finally realized that they started around the time I started taking this supplement. I discontinued taking it and my symptoms cleared up. I can’t say I noticed any difference in my breathing during the time I took it. Everyone is different, it may work great for someone else.

Seems to be very capable to remove excell fluid buildup in the lungs.
