Good solid door latch
Bought this to replace a similar door latch that was getting 'tired'. Love almost everything about it except that it only deadlocks from the inside when our previous one could be deadlocked using the key from the outside for extra security when you are out.

Robust, Quality Lock
Very happy with this product. Very solid, nice visual detailing, and everything you need is 'in the box', including 3 keys and woodscrews. Can be 'locked off' internally as well.

Dangerous and should be avoided
I had this lock for two years before it started to get stuck in the open position overnight. The worst thing is, you dont know the lock is open until you pull the door and it just opens. The locking mechanism seems stuck inside the lock itself. After turning the lock handle the lock comes out so its not hard to get it to work again. However, the problem is that its been left open ALL NIGHT at least 20 times now which is CRAZY. I replaced the lock with the same one thining it was just a faulty one off problem AND THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING AGAIN. This lock is DANGEROUS and should be DISCONTINUED.
