Love this little machine!
I have slept (or preferred to sleep) with a fan since I was a pretty little. I am sensitive to noises in general and a very light sleeper. I have a few problems with regular fans though: 1) They get really dirty really fast and most are not made to easily disassemble and clean. It's literally a whole thing and so annoying to do that I just don't do it usually. Dusting only pushes the real problem off into the future - which is worth doing but does not stop the inevitable. 2) If you run them constantly, they eventually wear down and start making weird noises. So then you buy the more expensive fan so that it lasts 5+ years before wearing down but you still have all these other problems with it lol. 3) If you have long hair and have the fan near the bed, hair can get into the fan and cause it to start making weird noises. 4) Different fans have different tones, speeds etc. and they are not all made equal so finding the perfect sound volume and tone is not easy. 5) Effectively loud fans are bulky and if you don't have a palatial bedroom that is something to consider (especially in the winter when you might not want the fan blowing on you or anyone else asleep in the room). 6) If I put the fan on the floor, I think but am not sure, the vibrations at higher speeds bother my dog's sleep on the other side of the room. To my genuine shock, all of these complaints have been solved with the Snooz Pro! I couldn't be happier with this device and would buy it again if I could. I think the price is worth it considering it's a small company and the device is very well engineered and constructed. I love that it will turn itself on and off in accordance with my sleep schedule. I love the sound it makes and that I can just dust the device without having to dissemble it. I haven't had it very long but I am hopeful that the device will last a long time (especially since it's not running during the day). I also really like the ability to check the dB output via the app in relation to where the pillows are! Most importantly, my poor dog is not disturbed by the vibrations or air current in the winter. When light sleepers ask what I do to sleep well this will now be included in the list of thing I recommend (along with finding comfortable earplugs for your ears, sleep masks, and high quality cotton sheets).

Purchased for travel and fell in love!
I purchased this little wonder to help with hotel noise. We are third shift and often sleep during the day when the cleaning crews are busy working hard. We wanted something to help dim the noise. Plugging this in near the door works wonders! You can customize the pitch and volume level. The app works great, even when moving the Snooz between multiple locations. A very unexpected benefit for me was that it helped counter balance my tinnitus. Now, I have no medical expertise, so no promises that it will do the same for you. For me, the ringing is now quieter during the day. I had to order another one for home. This would be good for babies, light sleepers, and those wanting a more relaxing environment. It’s a great value for the benefit I’ve received. I love how easy it is. The nightlight feature is amazing. Plus the size makes it easy to transport!

Best sleep I’ve ever had!
Okay so, I’m obsessed with my new Snooz Pro! First off, it works SO much better than the Dohm white noise machine I previously purchased. That one also uses a real fan but unlike Dohm, the Snooz doesn’t rattle and whine constantly. The sound and frequency is smooth and doesn’t skip or repeat because it has an actual literal fan. The fan sound is super nice and I’ve slept so much better in the weeks since I purchased it (and so has my dog)! Also, it’s the cutest white noise machine that I’ve seen and/ or tried. It compact enough for travel and it comes with a case. I’ve already brought it on a work trip and slept so much better at the hotel than I normally would’ve. It has an app and so far I loooove the timer. I set it to start at a specific time each night when I know I should start winding down for the night, then I fall asleep in minutes. For an insomniac like me, it’s been a godsend. I’m a super light sleeper, so I’m basically able to use it as my new alarm by having it turn off at the time I need to wake up because the sudden change in sound alerts me. It’s a more natural, non-stressful way to wake up each morning and I can begin each morning in a positive frame of mind. It’s a bit pricy but honestly sooo worth it. I already see a difference in my energy level after sleeping incredibly on a nightly basis. 10/10 recommend!!

Best Investment
My counselor's office uses similar devices outside of the counseling offices for additional privacy, and I was using a manual fan from the bathroom to drown out the noise from some of the birds outside my bedroom. This device comes with an app and timer settings which work perfect for me! Adjustable in volume and pitch of the fan. Simply perfect. No more getting up at 4am to turn on the fan to mask the bird calls for me!! And the fade in/out feature: Amazing! Such a great feature/idea! Last night was my best sleep in years! Only one night in the books, so I cannot attest to the product's lifespan, but I would get another one if this one breaks down (hopefully not for a long time). Highly recommend if you are used to white noise as sleep assistance tools. Chose the Dusk color since I don't want white or black, and the blush was too girly for me. Dusk turned out more blue than a dark grey-purple color from the picture, but it is not something to discount the rating.

Good, but not a complete effort. SNOOZ Pro vs SNOOZ.
So I've really enjoyed my original SNOOZ. It's been a great noise machine for me for a while now, but one thing has always bugged me about it, and that's the inability to use more than one smart device to turn it on and off. Yes, there's a Bluetooth connection for just ONE user to be able to turn the SNOOZ on and off/control volume etc, but if, like me, you sleep next to someone else who might go to sleep before you - that person, if they're not the main user, is out of luck, unless they physically press a button on the SNOOZ itself. That's because the SNOOZ is only usable by ONE device. e.g. If you pair the SNOOZ to your own iPhone, it can't be paired to another without removing the initial pairing. Annoying, right? You also couldn't use the SNOOZ with a smart plug as the SNOOZ always defaults to OFF when the power is reconnected, even if the unit was last on. Grr. So, enter the SNOOZ Pro. The SNOOZ Pro now has an additional option in its settings to allow it to work with a smart plug. With this toggle ON, if you plug the SNOOZ Pro into the wall, it immediately defaults to ON (even if it was off), perfect for use with a smart plug. Great, right? Well, yes... but I can't help feeling if you're going to release an entirely new product update, it should maybe have smart WiFi built in (Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa etc), so that it's not such a messy connection process. That said, the smart-plug process works great. In my case, I'm using a KASA smart plug, which integrates perfectly into HomeKit, and away I go. FINALLY, I can use Siri to turn on and off the SNOOZ Pro. What else is new? Well, apparently the build quality is improved (I'll take their word for it). At least the mesh material doesn't move all over the place while handling the device, and it no longer has the (unsightly) tag on the side. You control the tone now via a round dial in the center, bottom of the unit, versus rotating the entirety of the bottom. The Pro also comes with a decent case, though, to be honest, I don't see myself using that as it's quite bulky to travel around with. Any downsides? Well, I have noticed that the volume is not as great on the SNOOZ Pro versus my SNOOZ - at the same volume levels, but that could be unit variance. No black option (as on the original SNOOZ) is also an oversight, though I wouldn't be surprised if we see that down the road. Oh, and I'd also liked to have had a detachable power cable. Overall, it's probably worth the extra over the original (and definitely for me), but I do wish more effort had been made, with smart WiFi built in, to avoid having to buy another device for multiple users to enjoy the unit. 4 out of 5. Very good, if not quite perfect.

My favorite travel product
This is the best invention ever. From someone that likes to sleep with 3 fans, I don't miss them for a single second when I use this machine. It sounds so realistic. I love that you can adjust the volume and the fan sound on this. Very lifelike and absolutely worth the price. Loved it so much I bought 2.

Fantastic
Couldn’t live without it! It goes much louder than others and is completely smooth with no glitch interruptions like the electronic white noise.

Not worth the price
Great device, but it suddenly stopped working after just 20 days, consider that fact before buying.
