If the spray has a pouch or a clip that can be attached to molle straps, then yes.

Q: Anyone know if this will fit a ka bar 7in long blade by 1 3/16 wide?

This is a drop leg platform. If you have a sheath with MOLLE it would attach to this. By itself this is just the base not a holster or sheath.
