Perfect fix for wheel base issues
This wheel base is perfect with excellent quality, super sturdy and it works perfect! The installation was easy as well. The product looks feel so premium as well , so really satisfied about the purchase and for not having to depend on my office chair product support to fix its broken base !

Chair wheels edges are not smooth some are very sharp and if our foot hit hard then there is damage to fingers of foot very hardly ..... Product was good , easy installation, value for money

Worst product - Quality issue - No after sell support.
There appears to be no after-sales support. I purchased this product, and the wheel came loose within 1 month. I reached out to customer care and Amazon support, but did not receive any help. I would not recommend this product. It is also available at a lower price in the market, which makes it seem overpriced. The quality is very poor. The seller mentions a 1-year warranty in the product description, but no one is responding regarding it. The warranty does not appear reliable.
