These worked great for attaching to my dogs prong collar.

Great price, sturdy, perfect length. I attach one of these from my dog's harness to her collar, to prevent her bolting when we go on a walk and she sees a deer, squirrel, cat, etc. It gives me more security to keep her safe.

I once had a dog slip out of her harness next to a very busy road. Never again! I now use clips like these to also attach the harness to the collar. That way, no more loss of complete control! Animals will be animals, even the very best, well trained can make a mistake. Highly recommend the use of a second clip for safety! These are sized more for large/extra large dogs for this purpose. While these work for my 45-50lb pups, they hang loose slightly even after adjusting as tightly as possible. Ill keep them though, and recommend them.

This is the perfect solution for an added level of security when walking your dog on a prong collar. I have had my dogs' prong collar release on several occasions. Luckily, each time I was able to get them back easily but one of these times I knew I was not going to be so lucky. I started looking around and found these two clips. I wasn't sure, but for the price I decided it was worth a try. I have just used them when walking my 2 70+lb labradors and I felt so much safer and secure. I know that if the prong releases, I will still have them on the leash. They are short enough that they don't hang and cause the dogs to be distracted. I highly recommend these for any other owners who use a prong collar. Better safe then sorry!

Well made & fast shipping

I bought these as a safety backup for my 40 lb dog’s Gentle Leader. The quality is great—the clips are sturdy and the reflective stitching is a nice touch for night walks. However, even at the shortest adjustment, it’s still a bit too long for my dog. It’s a well-made product, but probably better suited for larger dogs or those with longer necks

Excellent! I use these as safety clips for my prongs- In case my dogs prong fails, or the leash clip somehow falls out, they are still attached to their flat collar or harness via these. They're medium quality, and honestly I can't fault them for anything. They do their job perfectly, and the colour selection is great at differing the two prongs I have that are sized differently for specific dogs. They can reach from the tip top of the neck (proper prong placement) of a 80 lb dog down to his withers where his harness rings are, no problem.

Great idea but they should be shorter, just a third of what they are. It works, it saved me from a bad encounter with another dog and mainly running across the street.
