I run very very warm, it is annoying and I was getting very little sleep, thought I'd give this a go, I'm legit amazed by this, it is genuinely cold to the touch, mine is single bed sized and is soft to the touch, it is not light and has a weight to it, it is attractive in a muted grey stripey pattern. The whole blanket is properly cold, it stays cold all night, it has a weight to it which makes it feely blankety and comfortable to sleep in. It really helped me sleep through a very humid summer. I'm very impressed.

I saw this cover and as I get very hot at night thought I would give it a try. Good value for money and nice size, I think a double.I find the material silky and it is very cold when I am using it. Nice design and good blue colour

Was a gift for my father. He said it was lovely and soft, heavy weight, and cool to the touch. Kept him cool all night. Only thing is to keep out of sun when washing? So does this mean keep out of sun at all times also? Which would be a pain, or only when washing? Apart from that so far so good.

My hubby is struggling with controlling his temperature so I took a chance based on the reviews, and wow! This actually works! It's bizarre! Straight out of the packaging it's cool, you don't have to put it in the fridge or freezer, it's just cool. Honestly, if you're tempted, go for it, you will not be disappointed. We're even taking it on holiday with us! It's brilliant!

It feels comfy and cool when you first cover yourself with it . It does not keep you cool you all night though. I have menopause so that's probably why. But it did state it is for staying cool through the night even with menopause. I didn't send it back though. I just cover my bed with it. It's thin like a sheet.
